Shipping information

12 Month VIP members get FREE priority shipping.  All other memberships are standard shipping for $4.99.

After your order has been placed and processed, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail at the email address listed in your membership account.

Shipping Time

Not ALL of our products are "Ready To Ship" (RTS). We offer our customers an opportunity to purchase PRE-ORDERS, which is inventory that we have already ordered from our suppliers, but we do NOT YET HAVE IN STOCK. Our entire collection of Snickelfritz designs are available for pre-order. 

PLEASE ALLOW 6-10 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY ON PRE-ORDERS! Although some pre-order merchandise will arrive sooner.

We are working on getting the Estimated Arrival Date on each of our PRE-ORDER items, if it is not listed on the product description page, please email us and we will let you know when you can expect to receive the item(s). 

READY TO SHIP (RTS) merchandise is shipped in the order received and CURRENT SHIPPING TIMEFRAME within 5-7 BUSINESS days! We ship everyday Monday-Friday! Once shipped, it takes app. 2-10 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their order within 7-10 business days.

Return Policy

At Contagious Couture we believe in 100% Customer satisfaction.. you will be able to return any un used items within 10 days o receiving Merchandise for a store Credit ONLY!! ....Items must be in original packaging and in New Condition and not worn or any signs of WEAR OR TEAR with all tags intact.. and CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COST TO SEND MERCHANDISE BACK.. Contagious Couture cannot be RESPONSIBLE for RETURN SHIPPING since we ship everything for FREE. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of Receiving merchandise with clear pictures and details about the damage sent to our support team at support@Contagiouscouture.com We will send a return label for damaged merchandise and replace it or refunded the customer or give a store Credit!!

Please allow up to 5 business days for this to show up as a Store Credit or a refund! NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM made items..sale items or custom orders!!
